Tripartite Initiatives
The Singapore Tripartism Forum (STF) provides a platform for tripartite partners – the government, unions and employers – to table concerns and work together more effectively to overcome the more complex challenges faced by all today.
Various tripartite committees <link> were formed over the years to look at issues and challenges faced by both employers and employees; and raised as topics of discussion during STF Dialogues/Events. You may find out more on some of these various committees/initiatives on the left.
